Chamber Music & Orchestra Camp

We are excited to continue CMSP's Chamber Music & Orchestra Camp this June! If you or your child have an intermediate or advanced understanding of playing a string instrument, and are looking for a collaborative setting to learn fun music, then register today!

The camp consists of chamber music coaching sessions, chamber orchestra practice, and soccer matches to burn off all the hard work!

Experience: Intermediate to Advanced

Ages: All ages welcome!

Dates: Monday June 23 - Friday June 27.

Concluding with a final concert on June 27th

Time: 1 pm - 5 pm

Location: Trinity Episcopal Church, Upperville

Cost: $425*

Registration Deadline: June 10

This program is led by CMSP strings faculty Alán Saucedo, Cynthia Saucedo, and Ewa Tryczynska, with Miho Sato accompanying on piano.

Participants of the 2024 Chamber Music & Orchestra camp performed "Wonderwall" by Oasis. The final performance was a culmination of their hard work and dedication, displaying a level of maturity and artistry that belied their years.

Summer Voice Workshop

CMSP's Summer Voice Workshop will return this July! The workshop is open to both adults and high school students. The week will consist of group classes on vocal exercises, technique, and practice tips. Students will prepare an individual song with a private instructor in preparation for a performance on the final day!

Experience: All Levels Welcome!

Ages: High School through Adult

Dates: Monday July 14 - Friday July 18

Concluding with a final concert on July 18th

Time: 10am-1pm

Location: Trinity Episcopal Church, Upperville

Cost: $350 per session

Registration Deadline: June 30

DIY & PLAY

UKULELE SUMMER CAMP

CMSP is introducing a fun new program:

DIY & PLAY UKULELE SUMMER CAMP

Students will design and paint their own ukulele, learn basic chords, and participate in a fun group performance at the end of the week! No prior musical experience is required.

Experience: All Levels Welcome!

Ages: 7-12

Dates: Monday June 16th - Friday June 20th

Concluding with a final performance on June 20th

Time: 10am-1pm

Location: Trinity Episcopal Church, Upperville

Tuition: $300, includes ukulele

Registration Deadline: June 2nd
